After hunting through endless antique stores to find a key 🔑 to fit a vintage desk, I was referred to Lockmart.
Chris and the team were super helpful… they cut me a key and when the key didn’t fit the second draw lock, they keyed both alike. Same day service and a text message once the job was done! Thank you, Chris, your customer service is exemplary!
I will be getting all my keys from Lockmart in future!

Friendly staff, completed job extremely quickly. I got a Holden Commodore key replacement and they were the most affordable locksmith out of the four quotes I received by a mile. I had a really great experience with this company, from the moment I booked the service through the shop in Mornington (Liz is always so helpful) and the job scheduling over the phone was great too. Anthony was the Locksmith who attended my property, he was really helpful, professional and did an amazing job installing some new deadlocks, some other locks and answered all my numerous questions, overall it was a 5 * experience! and I highly recommend Anthony and Lockmart Rosebud.

Very straight forward service. Easy to book in a time. The costs seemed reasonable as well. The locks were quickly changed.
The floorboards at the door were slightly damaged though and left quite dirty. Could have been prevented with a small drop sheet. Also the front door didn't close at first after the lock was exchanged and I had to ask for it to be fixed.

By accident I discovered that my front door could be opened by an alternate key after having the locks changed by Lockmart. I was concerned and despite a somewhat tense conversation about whether the locksmith would come or not, the bottom line is that the locksmith came that afternoon. The locksmith, Will was very professional, and was able to fix the problem and reported that he had never seen a problem like this in all his time, and replaced the door knob, which appears to have been a cheap fitting.

You did a fantastic job on securing our beach box after it was broken into. You even went the extra mile of getting a brass drop lock for the inside of our beach box so it wouldn't rust.
