  For $30, I received 5 keys- great price and on the phone, I was advised to bring my garage door lock in, which saved me $100. All in all a pleasant experience.

  Very poor attitude when you ask to buy something needing it to be new and she claims the one she gave you was new
  But not in a packet and bent with scuff marks clearly used and get aggressive when I pick up on it and I asked did they have very much repeat clients she said no we don't

  Rude. Not going back or recommending them.
  They forgot to give us back original key and one key they cut did not work. I disturbed them during their lunch break and they sure let me know they were not happy about it. Remember its called customer service after all i would not have come back to you if it had not been for your mistakes, which inconvenienced me. Easy to lose a customer but very hard to gain one.
