I lived here for a period of 7 months and definitely a place to stay. I just wish that I could live in the 2 floors higher than the ground floor to enjoy the view of the city 🥺. Lovely assisting from Punthill reception, great location and amazing apartment in my opinion since its pretty spacious compared to all 1 bedroom apartment that I’ve ever lived in the Melbourne CBD. Very recommended!!!

Checking in was a simple affair at the small front office. Very generous room size (i could do rope skipping in the living room) with high ceiling and exposed bricks, and a working table between the living and bedroom.

However, our room was underground and it felt like it hasn't been maintained in a long while - the carpet on the steps were torn in places, the rubbish chute on my level was not closed properly, the corridor was super narrow and the windows were left ajar without a fly screen when we checked into the room. Otherwise a 5-star.

Wow what an amazing place, smells beautiful. Very clean and as we arrived late everything was set out for us with a couple clicks.
Bathroom has washing machine and dryer
Self contained apartment.. a dish washer..
So much room to move around

Our apartment was spacious and it's definitely value for money. Only downside is that our 3 bedroom apartment had only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet but we managed to schedule everyone's bath time around it so that was ok. But we had a lovely stay overall and were exceptionally pleased with the friendliness of the staff at the reception.

Punthill has always been a staple of my stays in Melbourne and the Manhattan is no different. The staff are attentive and availble. The rooms provide ample amenities of great quality. The price is always affordable. Not bad wifi too!

Stayed overnight in a 1 bedroom apartment. The rooms are nothing fancy, but well equipped, clean and really large. The doors and footsteps in the hallway were all a bit loud & creaky, but otherwise a great place to stay.

We stayed for 4 nights for a girls weekend. Our stay at the Punthill Manhattan was awesome. Alistair the manger was so friendly kind and helpful, he went out of his way to ensure we had what we needed to have a good time and we really appreciate his awesomeness. The rooms were tidy and clean. I would highly recommend this place.
