Excellent place, courteous staff great location. Brilliant facilities, highly recommended. We got a great price for our apartment via Expedia too. Would love to come back.

We stayed for a few days in a two bedroom apartment.
Everything was in good order, not luxurious but comfortable and clean . Good security, good position, trams close by and taxi rank outside. In Chinatown.
Amusing that if you are only two people, they will lock the door to the second bedroom. Very petty. Advertised free wifi is not free.
We have rebooked next week for another four days. It's good value

The apartment was a decent size and was nice and clean, however, the receptionist that was working on Friday the 4th of August 2017 at 8pm was the rudest person i have met. He was not welcoming, and demanded that my friends and i moved from the guest couches in the lobby, over to the public couches. When we told him that we WERE guests that have a room booked for this night, he said "no you're not? it wouldn't be for here." We argued and said that yes, we did have a room. He asked for the last name on the booking, we told him the name and without breaking eye contact he rudely said "Nup, i don't have a booking under that name." (didn't even look at the computer to check). We then carried all of our luggage over to the public seats that not all of us could fit on. 15 minutes later, my friend that booked the room came into the lobby and stated her name again. The receptionist said "Yep okay" and proceeded with confirming the booking and gave her the keys to our room. I confronted him about making us move to the public seats and why he did so, and he completely ignored me. Getting irritated, i began to raise my voice at him and was asking him why he was ignoring me. After a few seconds he decided to look up to me and said "sorry i didn't know you had a room booked", which is strange considering we had already told him multiple times before he made us move! He wasn't apologetic at all and was quite a smart ass. Not impressed.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.
Everything is dated, holes in carpet, not clean, had no power and didn't receive any compensation.
Staff very rude and unhelpful.
Would not recommend anyone staying hear.

Worst hotel I have stayed in.Every piece of furniture was dirty or broken. The lounge was the worst covered in stains and cigarette burns. Nothing was clean. Bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning did not work. Avoid this hotel you have been warned.

This people need too much to claim 4 stars, apartments are old fashioned and dated dirty shower full of hairs the bed was horrible too old and hard, air conditioner so noisy and old.

Receptionist too rude mainly that chinese girl in the day is awful she needs to learn about customer service.

Apartments smell gross and all
The glasses were with lipstick marks when we didnt use it.

No sense of privacy or respect we were in the apartment with my partner in the room and the cleaner walked in the apartment and did cleaning knowing we were in the room.

Minutes after the security guys (two of them) knocked the door and then opened and came in with the weird excuse of checking the badroom. Not even someone called to notify us What if we were having a shower!!!!

That people is crazy do not book in that hotel if you want clean place and privacy the price is too high for the quality of the place there are plenty of apartments for lower price and better
