I only used the upstairs conference rooms and downstairs function room, both of which were spacious. Don't really have any negatives. Staff were polite and maintained the place well.

Located in the heart of Parramatta restaurant strip, it's conveniently located for the traveling guest. Room had nice views as advertised but the service had some flaws. Room cleanliness let a bit to be desired as the room surfaces were visibly dusty. Hotel staff entered our room at least twice without permission: first time within 5 mins of us entering the room (they didn't even knock first) and second time whilst we were out of the room to leave a fruit platter. The offer of a fruit platter casts doubt on their food safety standards as this was left in the open air within the room for an entire afternoon. This should have at least been covered to prevent spoilage. Facilities were modern and comfortable. It is a nice place to stay at but a few issues did spoil the stay at this hotel.

Really superb staying in this hotel. Duper super. Enjoyed. Very good breakfast menu and very tasty also. Good view and spacious rooms. Rooms are very clean and neat. Heart of the city, to easy to move around. I strongly suggest for travellers, who travel to Sydney, Parramatta and don't miss this place. Also center place for many tourist places, so convenient to move around. Railway station is walkable distance

Car park entry/exit is tight and can be over crowded. Lift is reasonably quick. Staff were helpful. Nice beds and in room facilities. Nice breakfast. Good location for local restaurants. Currently construction nearby which may be an issue for light sleepers.

"Secure parking" that was included on my reservation is open for the public as paid parking which can make it difficult to secure a car in the lot. Was worth the money, staff were nice and quickly sorted out my lack of ID that I'd forgotten. Buffet breakfast was included making the experience and already well price stay more worthy, which had a good range of food and a sole purpose Chef to cook your eggs the way you like. Room was clean and tidy, my rooms bathroom was a bit small, but worked out fine considering it wasn't the bigger room. Will stay there again Definitely.

Beautifully appointed. Very modern stylish rooms. Close to restaurants. The room service food was delicious. Has a restaurant. Very impressed that I have plunger coffee in the room. So we'll appointed.

Easy to find and park nearby. Typical breakfast function foods, not terrible but nothing to write home about. Function room was good. AV was good and easily viewable from all angles and the sound was also good. Room was a little stuffy, but it was winter and the air con was very warm, which I'd prefer stuffy and warm vs. freezing cold.

Good location. Room was very tidy and comfortable. Have no complain with staff at the reception. A lot of places to go for lunch and dinner. My only niggle would be the wifi could be a bit faster and more reliable. Other than that will definitely come back and recommend to others

Firstly, the staff here are outstanding. Incredibly friendly, informed and ready to help you with anything. Any request is attended to immediately. Nothing seems out of their way. Remarkable. The rooms are above adequate. Comfortable, clean and spacious. Only recommendation is power points closer to the bed. Lights need to be activated by wall switches as opposed to the unit itself. Still 5 stars for the quality and cost.

Staff were very nice, helpful & polite. Only did an expo in ballroom. Food was good, not exciting. Bar ran out of bottled Coke Zero & Coke? Toilets were very clean & smelled nice. Ballroom was clean, tidy & all the tech worked. Over all a nice place to be on a rainy arvo.

Room was very nice, bit squishy with the round table and chairs in the corner. But the parking is very ordinary. Stayed there on the weekend and the 'Car Park Full' sign was up for most of the time we were there. Was a bit annoyed at having to drive around the multi level car parks in the area to find parking especially when you get back late. Some of the front desk staff could have been friendlier too. Oh and the pool is a bit shabby, don't know if they are in the middle of resurfacing the pool but it didn't look the best.

Excellent service and great rooms. Bed was comfy and all the amenities of home are provided (robes, slippers, toiletries, ironing board and iron, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary water and biscuits). Better than some so-called 5-star hotels I've stayed at in the past. Room service is efficient and tasty. Only downside is no free movie channel.
