Absolutely wonderful staff. They managed to organise everything I wanted in a 2 hr time frame. Room was amazing, close to everything. Can’t praise this hotel and it’s staff enough. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Checked in here when booked by our company's marketing director. Arrived at the room to find a note saying there would be no water in the hotel over night.
Why were we not informed before arriving?
Why was I not informed at registration?
Adina has several properties in Sydney and could easily have proposed another location for my two night stay. Staff was unapologetic and defensive about their deceptive practices. A very short sighted approach to hospitality.response / report this review -

Location is fine but service and facilities poor. Had to move rooms shortly after checking in due to noisy A/C fan. Accidentally left my expensive headphones in the first room which I didn't realise until after checking out. The first time I called, I received nothing but attitude from the employee before he advised my details would be passed on to the morning staff for further investigation. Second time I called they were not aware of my issue and committed to looking into it and getting back to me, they never did. Third day I called, the Manager was not aware of my issue but this time I finally received a return phone call. Unfortunately I was told the staff did not manage to find my item. Hard to imagine how where it went?!
The lift was slow and the key system faulty. There's plenty of choice in Sydney, I recommend you go elsewhere.response / report this review -

Location is good but the room and all facilities are pretty old. The room is small. The first time to stay in a service apartment with such a small kitchen (just a sink) which I can only make cup noodles. The balcony is also very small which can only enough for 2 people.

Great location but that's about it.
The bed was the hardest I've ever slept on. The pillows have sharp feathers. Really uncomfortable sleep. Unfortunately won't be back, but was in a great location.response / report this review -

A great place to stay. Perfect position for Darling Harbour. Staff were excellent and rooms were top notch. My only gripe was that the bed sheets felt like they were made of paper/plastic and were very loud to sleep in. Other than that, loved it.

Excellent value! Full apartment with everything you need. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Walking distance to all the sights in the city. Right beside Darling Harbour with lots of restaurants and bars on the waterfront.

Even thought the name is "Apartment", the hotel reception is open 24/7. The room was clean and cozy.
Convenient location for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The area is safe and clean.
Above all, the fee is reasonable!
