The worst place one can live in, or even die in. Everything in this place is broken, charged us extra for 2 nights coz we decided not to stay due to safety of the kids, cupboard door was falling apart, wires and cables all over the place, bathroom room doesn’t even close properly let alone lock, windows don’t lock. Don’t ever waste your money on this place. The worst thing is the manager himself is absolutely rude and doesn’t care about safety or service. Worst place ever.
Wonderful location and great staff! Stayed for 8 nights.
Very large family room available and central location. There is not elevator/lift though and the stairs are quite steep.
Budget hotel in a good location but probably a last resort
Descrete and clean. Located in the heart of Darlinghurst with the front door on Oxford Street. This location has something for everyone. The rooftop which is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week affords guests one of the most amazing 360 degree views available in this part of town!
No elevator. Main door did not have interior lock so felt unsafe. Bathroom doorknob was not securely fastened to door. Bathroom faucet was not securely fastened to table. Carpet was very dirty and dusty along the wall edges. Toilet seat cover was not securely fastened to toilet and sitting on it moves it around. Outside sink was very old looking and disgusting. Ironing board was very old, dirty, and stained all over. Refrigerator was very old and loud. TV was close to the ground so you could not watch it while lying down. Windows could not open.
Terrible. Dirty. Uncomfortable. Will not be back
Terrible in every way! The place is literally a drug den.
Unhelpful staff, dirty, noisy and tiny rooms, disgusting bathroom, poor access facilities, I could do on but I won't. Just do yourself and favour and book somewhere else.
The rooftop room had badly laid fake grass. There was paint spilled all over the floors. Our young daughter's mattress looked as though it had urine stains all over it. In some places, you could feel the roof giving way underfoot. Squeezed between a bottle shop and a sex shop. No housekeeping. Very amateurish.
