I've stayed here twice now, in a 1 bedroom apartment. It's been great. Quiet and clean, and good location. Having east village shopping centre within walking distance was also nice. Good value for the rates. Only downside was the AC in the main area didn't work. And the fan in the bathroom either wasn't working or not working well enough, so showers made the bathroom extra steamy.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Ultra clean and modern at an affordable price is why I have now stayed at Meriton Zetland 6 times and my next 2 visits to Sydney are also booked in at Zetland. A big thank you to the guest services manager Paritiush for being an absolute professional and making sure my stay is always pleasant. Honestly, once you stay at Meriton Zetland, you will not want to stay anywhere else. Well Done Staff !

Nice room, good size. Very clean and a comfy bed. Free wifi is fast and constant.

Good location as far as conveniently located close to restaurants and a shopping centre.

Stayed at this property for 4 nights with my wife. Good location.. close to restaurants and a supermarket..
Very neat and clean Apts. Friendly Staff. Excellent Amenities. They thought of everything we would need.
The higher up your Apt is, the better the view gets.

Super clean and modern self-catering apartments with own kitchenette and laundry. Very comfortable bed and sitting areas. Swimming pool, sauna and gym available. About 10 minutes walk from Green Square metro station so easy to get to the city centre or the airport.

Clean and well maintained serviced apartments. The only drawback was the constant followup of housekeeping to do their assigned daily tasks. Off street parking was horrendous and Meriton Parking was billed separately and rather expensive.

I went to this apartment around 2 weeks ago. The staffs are really nice, when me and my family arrived there, we got a lot of luggages and they are really heavy, as they soon saw it, they quickly helped us took over it and carried them to our apartment. The apartment is really big, the one I rented was 2 bedrooms and a living room. It's really nice and the view out there is amazing. The transportation is really convenient too, it's close to schools, supermarkets and clinic, there are also some restaurants near Meriton. I highly recommend you to rent this apartment and I would definitely stay here when I come to Sydney again!

First impressions at any accommodation is always the reception staff. Knew we had chosen the right place when registering. Helpful, courteous & knowledgeable on local area. One bedroom unit very comfortable. Probably need more kitchen cupboards for non perishables. Bed very comfortable and easy to get to sleep. Lounge setting probably needs to be realigned to watch TV but is too heavy to shift. Ideally situated for eateries and grocery shopping - 5 minute walk. Station 15 - 20 minute walk. On-site parking leaves a hole in the pocket. Overall. pleasant stay and highly recommended.

This is a really nice place. 2 bedroom apartment is Aguirre generous in size and is clean. Heaps of restaurants around aswell.

Great size room and good facilities available. However, the elevator was slow. There was also a large queue when checking out. Good distance from bus stop.

Great sized rooms. Tidy and well stocked with soap/shampoo/tea/coffee/washing detergent/dishwasher tablet. Clean facilities and gym. Easy walk to the bus, short trip into the CBD.

Excellent spot to stay. Close to the city and the entertainment quarter. The apartments are all brand new and well kept. Very easy access to/from the airport as well. Plenty of bars/restaurants around if you're looking to stay local, they just don't have the same charm as the rest of Sydney as it is all part of the same development area.
