Always seem to have helpful and friendly staff, with a good range of choices.
Have made two major and several small purchases in the last two years.

Be very carefull Office Works are printing for a Company advertising as Jess Posters on Ebay. Which supposedly based in Victoria. They advertise high quality poster prints then get Office Works to print and deliver. My poster arrived today with no protection and partly flat in a plastic delivery bag. The Poster looked like it had been given to a 2 year old who has absolutely trashed it. If only I could up load a photo of their work it would speak volumes they have no idea on how to print / colour correct , tonenal balance or white balance DO NOT PRINT WITH THESE GUYS ITS A JOKE>>>>>

Been there couple of times. Overall rating - 4 solid starts. Two times I was kind of disappointed when tried to use the "self serve" printing machines - bought the prepaid card, machine couldn't read any files from my memory stick (which was 100% fully working), took ages to print out 3 pages. On the other hand - when I bought something from their Ebay store, I could pick it up the next day, which was amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Probably the best customer service I've got in any large store in Perth ever. All the staff was friendly and kindly offered help as I walked around the store. You don't see that level of service very often. Well done!

Wow, Officeworks. Never have I seen such a place that goes against it's own name. Not only was the only thing on sale a packet of batteries, also, nothing worked. The Milo was pretty good, not sure why it was open and filled with red pen lids. The staff was nice, all 1 of them. The Brazilian had clearly come to Australia approximately 3 hours beforehand, and did not speak much English.

Overall, I enjoyed the building structure, as it was somehow standing on one support beam and a lettuce sandwich. 3/14

Close to my office, I take my printing jobs to the Osborne Park location. The ladies who work in the printing section are A1. Never had an issue. Faster than promised turnaround of work too.

Print orders/ very disappointed that my print order was divided up, with A3 printed in Osborne Park and ready in 2 days but the flyers have been in transit for a week from the Eastern States and still not here. I spoke with the print department about this, they put me through to the manager, who printed in store straight away! Thanks for the excellent customer service Osborne Park but policy needs changing so you don't send a print order to the East

Went into the store looking for advice setting up my home office with a duel display with my mac being display one and the screen that I was going to purchase being display 2. After about 30 mins of being told this wasn't possible and that i was an idiot for using a mac, as well as being told that i needed about 3 cables for this to be possible for either a mac or PC (in the past had used one cable to set up duel screen mode but I was an idiot and that it didnt work that way) I just said I would google it and that it doesn't matter. Went down the road to another store asked the same questions walked out with a new display and a HDMI TO MINI DISPLAY PORT CABLE. 1 Cable!!

I felt like I was not respected as a customer and refused any compromise on the fact that i needed multiple cables. the guys were extremely rude to me and didn't want to work with my requirements. even though they have the "industry knowledge and GOOGLE"

in the future will not even walk into their store!
