Booked an appointment last minute for a friend's wedding. Couldn't be happier with the results. Both the hair stylist and makeup artists were fantastic. Happy bubbly staff that treated you like you were a long term friend. It truly felt like I was getting ready with the girls. Thanks again. Will defiantly go back when I'm in Perth again.

I phoned Booragoon for a quote and was spoken to so rudely by the receptionist/stylist who answered the phone.
If basic questions cant be "listened" to and then answered, how on earth are they supposed to get your hair do right??
Condescending and repeatedly rude and i was about to spend well over $350 for a cut, foils and blow dry!!
I rang back and spoke to the manager who apologised for his staff member, but really, not enough of an apology, especially when you try to pass off her out and out rudeness as confusion!
Rude is just rude not confused.

I asked for an Ombrae style and I showed the dresser a picture to have an idea of what I want, but unfortunately she did not do what I was looking for and that wasn't an Ombrae coloring at all, sharp line between the two dark and light colours. Besides that, she made a mess in the lower layrs which I found out later at another salon. Actually it looked as if my hair grew and the colour is down there and needs coloring for regrowth hair, thats why I will never try them again.
