Absolutely woeful. Three times I've been here to fill up and twice the bowser has not shut off properly and has overflowed and sprayed me with petrol. Each time the staff demonstrated complete disdain; understandable as I'm sure they have to deal with this constantly but an apology, some sympathy or a skerrick of concern would go a long way. The owner clearly doesn't have any respect for their customers and their well-being, and the staff have a similar disregard for their own appearance.
