I went looking for help and advice about welding . Brian in the tool shop was excellent. Helped me in my selection of welding equipment, gave me hints on safety and technic. He even returned the gift card I had and dropped in the shop .
A terrific old fashion shopping experience .

Great store, not much parking, terrible place to get to, despite being on Albany Hwy! Put an entrance on Albany Hwy FFS!

I never go unless it's business hours and everyone else is at work, and since I have a job

Maddington store is not as good but a bit easier to get to, so I go there instead. Once again, put an entrance on Albany Hwy!!

got some gardening tools from here. very friendly usher at the off and helpful staff overall. the store's location in very close proximity to the largest mall in western australia (westfield carousel) also makes it a big draw for shoppers looking to do all in the one place or near enough

As many people are saying, non helpfull staffs in this store. They have no clue where some items are kept. I shown them on my phone the item I wanted on Bunnings website and still couldn't tell me where it was and hand balled me to the other side of the store.

Before you ask this was from information desk as well.

Waste of time talking to staffs here, they are too busy chatting with co-workers. If you get annoyes by them say hello, pretend you are looking for something and staffs will ignore you.

Had a coffee but pushing to call it a coffee at all, sorry but if you dont know what a macchiato is you should ask me what it is or suggest that i get something that you might be able to make instead of giving me boiling hot water to burn my tongue on and then making me a new one with cold milk.

The Bunnings at Cannington is new and huge. Sometimes staff members are still bit lost in it, however they try their best to offer quality customer service and valued help. Really happy with the customer service. Highly recommend!

Nice new big store. Parking is good. Agree with others that the shiny new floor takes a bit of getting use to. Now now which shoes to wear that do not slip. Does not look like all the old staff made the transition to this store but there are staff to help

Not one Customer service person around to ask for help. In NSW every isle there is a person to assist customers. I guess it’s Wait Awhile in WA!

Re. Absolutely worst service !

My wife and I went to the new Cannington Bunningings today. We had a load of products. When we went to the garden section we wanted to buy some plants for our new property we are building.

3 Bunning workers were at the entrance to the garden sectio chattibg about their weekends, we asked them if we could talk to someone who worked in the garden section. One of the ladies said Moggity (from name badge) is the only person who works in the garden section then they turned their backs to us and continued talking about their weekends.

Moggity was about 5 meters away and talking to a customer. We waited for 10 minutes while Moggity chatted to the customer about their personal lives, after 10 minutes the customer asked about a plant. Moggity new we were waiting for her, she completely ignored us and walked off to find the plant. By this stage my wife and I were so shocked about this experience we decided to leave.

We don't normally write bad reviews but for a few store the service is dreadful!

Waited 15 mins to get a Special Order but no staff at counter. No service people walking around bothered to ask to help. Waste of a trip especially as had phoned ahead. Bigger is not better.

I have read most of the reviews all ready on here for this store and I have to ask for a store that only opened a month ago how can it have reviews from a year ago? My opinion is. Big roomy, bright, clean and airy but where is the service the knowledge and staff? me thinks they fled the nest.
Just a little update to this review in fairness to Bunning's. I have been contacted by a manager and she was not happy to hear what I had experienced in this new store and assured me it would be ratified. She also pointed out that it was a lot busier than had been expected and hadn't allowed for that in the staffing. I look forward to shopping there when it settles down.

Huge new store. Located 1km down the road store has a fresh clean feel to it. Place is well stocked and well lit. Handful of new staff which can be helpful and nice. Additional cafe and playground for kids, store in convenient location.
