On a recent shopping trip my 16 month old son was ill and vomited all over me and the floor. The staff (and shoppers!) in the children's section were very kind and helpful, reassuring me and helping me take my things to the baby change room. Treated me very well when I was feel very vulnerable!

My husband's birthday voucher ecpired few days ago and I wasn't sure if they would accept it or not but the guy on the counter checked with the manager and they accepted it. That is an exceptional service. Myer chadstone is my favorite store. Keep up the good work 👌

I really like to go to chadstone myer.Qulity products and a very good customer service. Unfortunately we had a parking problem. We stayed there 1andhalf hours to get the parking.some one suddenly came and got our parking.Very disappointed. Thensome one nice they gave a spot for us.

Had an amazing experience buying a suit for my son's formal. Linda in the Myer Chadstone suit department made the process very easy. She is extremely knowledgeable in what a young man requires to make a good impression and made him feel very comfortable.

I had a great experience in terms of customer service. I bought Bluetooth earphone which weren't working well for me. I went there to return it and the guy who served me in the electronics section handled it pretty well. It was a smooth return and I got my full money back.He built that trust and now I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from there.

Purchased Sheridan bedding several times from myer chadstone and ive just found the quality of Sheridan has turned to rubbish over the past year and as have some of the staff working for them aswell. Kmart has better quality bedding than Sheridan. They are an absolute rip off for what they are. Never again.

Lady at the Estee Lauder counter was quick to get me out of her store and put foundation all over my foundation pack and the Myer bag it came in - wtf? I also don't find the people at the counter very warm. One time was getting my make up done by a nice lady but then her child came in and she gave all the attention to her - hello

Special thanks to Andy from the luggage department who bent over backwards this afternoon trying to get someone from the computer department to sell me a $2,000 computer. Too bad the manager of the computer department does not possess your level of initiative. Hope the store promotes you. You actually want people to buy things from Myer. People like you are hard to find. 5 stars for you. One for the store managers. Clearly happy to have potential customers walk.
