If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are a great size. The shower has 2 taps rather than a mixer, so you have to judge the water more than you normally would. Rooms are either King or Queen/Queen bedding,response / report this review -

I love the location of the Crown right in the city so convenient how there's so much to do in the crown complex. Friendly staff, amazing customer service. We'll be definitely staying at the crown whenever we are in Melbourne.

We stayed here for our visit to Melbourne for the Pan Pacific IBJJF Championships for 3 nights. Amazing place- 24 hour reception is great as we didn't get in until roughly 1am. The rooms are great- very clean, massive bathrooms, very friendly staff. Rooms come with a few magazines also, which is nice. Level 3 is a great plus! The pool & spa and alfresco area overlooking the city, with deck chairs all around the relax. The pool bathrooms with showers and huge, with lockers and don't forget about the sauna and steam room! Connect to the Crown Casino to walk through, also through to the Riverside with more restaurants. Upon checking out on our last day they let you leave your luggage with the Concierge as we went into the city for lunch, which is within walking distance. Thanks Crown Promenade!

Great place. Nice and clean. Food at the breakfast buffet was amazing. I feel the scrambled eggs though needed a few minutes longer to cook. Other than that perfect!!

Room was nice. But I have stayed in nicer. Expensive for a one night stay. Smoking room option was great. Fire alarm went off at 9am on Sunday morning. Had to walk down 21 flights of stairs to get to the lobby where we were told it was a false alarm and that we can go back to our rooms. No apologies, no reasons. Just Coast is clear. Bit disappointing

I stayed at Crown Promenade this weekend while in Melbourne for Fictionally Yours, Melbourne which was held in the Crown Convention Centre. The room was great, it was clean and comfortable and had a great view! The pool was AMAZING! But honestly, the staff were the highlight of my stay. They were very helpful and professional but more importantly they were all genuinely friendly. I can't wait to stay there again.

Wonderful reception from the staff, from valet to room service everyone is a pleasure to deal with. We were half an hour ready so were sent to rooms that were already prepared and also given late check out. The rooms are beautiful; clean and fresh with a large bathroom. There is enough room for the whole family in the shower. The pool area is on level three looking out over the city. Very clean and once again staff were amazing.

Was a 10 year anniversary gift to my wife, mentioned this and not a single thing was said, not a gift of chocolates or wine when we got in the room. As a silver member, no hotel gift or newspaper. Room was great upgraded to studio room with views. Breakfast in the morning was very average. Overall 4 stars for the room and down scored for various other things mentioned

I had dinner at a restaurant called Mesh. It's an all you can eat restaurant and was a lovely experience. I was with some friends from work, celebrating a co-workers departure from the organisation, and we couldn't have had a better time. The food was delicious and the presentation of the restaurant was beautiful. Highly recommend Mesh if you're not afraid to spend a bit of money.

Took my partner as a surprise for her birthday and the experience was excellent! The reception staff were extremely knowledgeable, and arranged everything as I required. And finally when we were leaving, Cameron from the valet went out of his way in helping us to get parking and direct us to the places we wanted to visit! Thank you guys!

Crown promenade has outstanding customer service, we met Greg the general manager. He was greeting guests in the lobby, even offered to take group photos for us! The restaurant and drinks were great and couldn't recommend enough!

Great location on Southbank and part of Crown Casino complex so easy access to the Casino and restaurants. Room was nice, clean and up to the levels you would expect to see at Crown Promenade
