All in all fairly good considering covid times but that's not an excuse for materials or any else considering we still got charged the full cost

I can highly recommend Mr Verandah. From the very first contact they have been thoroughly professional and courteous to deal with.
They were able to take my design and implement it into the exact verandah that I was envisioning, seamlessly adding it to my home as if it was meant to be in the original design.
In fact it is the showpiece of the house now.
Each stage of the building process was communicated to me in a timely and thoughtful manor, any design variations due to engineering requirements were explained and worked out without hassle and Chris and his team (Cooper and Mason) were a delight to work with.
They took absolute care and pride in their work going above and beyond just doing the job.
Their craftsmanship is exceptional.
If you want a building company that you can rely on AND a beautiful verandah – Mr Verandah is the answer.

I cannot rate Mr Verandah highly enough. From commencement - they listened to my input and offered suggestions that not only complemented the existing house structure and design but enhanced it. I now have a gorgeous new gable carport and skillion front verandah plus a large rear verandah with a gable roof and a gazebo end. Everything has been completed to the highest standard. There was regular communication with Chris and Craig and excellent craftsmanship from a friendly and dedicated team. Highly skilled carpenters Jordan and Gav were courteous and always left the site clean each day. The roofing is also of a very high standard. I love it guys thanks very much 🥰. Super strong and sturdy structures. I am receiving countless compliments from neighbours on how beautiful my home now looks. I very happily highly recommend Mr Verandah.

We had a very unpleasant and unfair experience with Mr. Veranda. We were taken for a ride on their behalf and thousands of dollars later and 8months later still had no veranda. Communication with team and staff was very poor. We paid initial fee of thousands so they could get the permit from the council. In this process on top of paying thousands for permit we were told to get a Surveyer at our own cost in order to get a floor level measured to clarify we could get decking at certain height we wanted. After all of this and months of waiting Chris returned to us saying the veranda size we initially wanted would be cut short because of 2 water pipes that run through our back yard that we initially got the go ahead to progress with post Surveyors report. He came back to us with a poor alternative that was just bit good enough. We trusted these guys to mediate the process between us and the council we had to chase up with Chris every couple of weeks for an update those of which we now don’t trust he was telling us the truth as one minute we got the go ahead then next we couldn’t build over pipes. Just all around terrible experience with no result on our end bar thousands gone down the drain no resolution with refund either. Don’t use these guys for your veranda bad communication throughout, very unprofessional and literally wasted thousands of our money.

From design to quotation to permits Mr Verandah nailed it
Then came the build. We are quite picky and the team building our carport was even more picky getting everything absolutely spot on.
The assistance did not stop when it was all over and finished. Chris Dimos was there supporting us much after his part of the job was over. Overall a very impressive team. I would not even bother getting anyone else to quote on future jobs

Mr Verandah designed and build a custom made wooden verandah to suit the style of my house. They were professional and friendly from the get go. Chris and Louise and even the tradesmen were a dream to work with from the planning to the verandah design to actually building our Verandah it was smooth sailing not to mention the price on such a good job. Not only that we had a valuation on house and the amount the verandah had added to our house price was amazing so we actually made money. We just got a carport build by them to match our house and verandah. With over 15 years in the trade Mr Verandah was my only choice and now all my friends have used them I can't rate them highly enough.
