We can’t highly recommend Optima enough. Their salesman knew exactly what he was talking about being an ex installer & knew how to problem solve some issues which other companies couldn’t. The actual installation team were dedicated & professional. Nothing was too much trouble & although there were a couple of unforeseen issues, they persevered until it was all perfect! Plus they were courteous & a delight to have around the house for the day. Optima offered great advice as to which gas ducted heating best suited our house & we felt we got great value for money. Our new system is fabulous!

We organised a split system to be installed by Optima. The salesperson Scott who came to do the quote was friendly, showed up on time and was not pushy at all. We wanted a quiet aircon and got the Daikan model as per his advice and it is SUPER quiet on quiet mode which is great as we mostly want the aircon for when we have to sleep during the day after night shifts. The quote was fine too.
The installers who did the job were punctual and did a neat installation plus showed us how to use it. Very happy with the service from Optima.response / report this review -

Have had air conditioners installed by Optima, twice now. The sales representative is knowledgeable and friendly, spending the time to properly assess the best solution for the room while also considering the optimal method of installing. While the install team are professional, tidy and considerate of the client. Thanks guys, highly recommend!

Optima has been a fantastic company to deal with. The initial consultation was invaluable and the quote was fair. The installation team was great. They were extremely tidy and managed to get my ducted Daikin system ready for use before the recent 43 degree days.

Can recommend this company for doing a quality job. They take time to give information on the correct sizing for the rooms and brand information. A very impressive business.

What a great company. They came to quote on the day I called and the installation was completed in 2 days a week later. They were extremely clean, laying drop cloths and wiping down any finger marks that were inadvertently left when installing vents. Michael and David were extremely polite and worked hard. The whole installation went very smoothly, with components turning up when needed and also auxiliary workers.
