  I used DK to install Caesar stone bench tops, I had used them some years ago to install a new kitchen, I was happy with the quote and went ahead. The contractors were all very professional and timely, I was happy with their work, they all cleaned up afterwards and they were helpful.
  The major fault with DK was that I was not provided with a written schedule of work, that would advise which contractor was attending on what day so I could plan my time off to be available. Communication was not the best.

  I called to get a quote for a new kitchen and was told to make any appointment and come into the showroom to discuss materials and the type of kitchen we wanted before someone could come and do a quote. My husband and I went to this appointment which the staff knew nothing about by the look on their faces and before we could discuss anything they asked us where we lived and what our budget was. Once we informed them of our suburb (in the west) and that our budget was $35,000, They pretty much implied that we could not afford their custom made kitchen without any discussion on the size of our kitchen nor what materials we were wanting. We felt we were spoken down to and pretty much was wasting their time. We were disappointed with their customer service.

  Impressive show room with helpful advise. Very detailed home consult to design the kitchen we desired. Professional in their contact with us to finalise design, follow up and install by cabinet makers. Loving the outcome to our very dated kitchen.

  My boyfriend and I had the worst experience at Direct Kitchen Moonee Ponds on Friday. The receptionist was condescending and had a terrible attitude. She told us to “take a look at the place and come back to me if you have any questions” when we first walked in without offering any assistance. When we asked about different materials and prices, instead of doing her job and answering our questions, she asked “do you have enough budget?”. My boyfriend and I look young but we are well prepared for the renovation cost. We were recommended by friends to go to Direct Kitchen and didn’t expect this at all. We’ve been to a couple kitchen and bathroom shops before and had never encountered service this poor. It was a shame.

  We had recently our kitchen renovated by Direct Kitchens. We wanted for our kitchen to be much larger and match exactly existing kitchen style.. We are very happy witch the final result and we would recommend Direct Kitchens for any kitchen renovation job. It was a pleasure to see our kitchen renovation to full fill our renovation goals. From initial ideas presented to us by Valentin , through to the design fine tuning process done by Garry to to the final installation done by Jon H.

  Just had our kitchen completed by Direct Kitchens. Amazing customer service and workmanship. All the tradesmen were very polite and cleaned up every day. Everything flowed well and issues were quickly rectified with no hesitations. Highly recommended
