Prompt service, they know their stuff, and you always get a clear, straight explanation of what's going on (and what the job's going to cost). They've done cooling repairs and installations for us in the past, as well as roofing repairs. Definitely recommend.

Quoted us on removal of a split system and install of a unit provided by us. After we purchased a unit they claimed that due to a difference in pipe size (not mentioned during quotation) the quoted price would increase by $200 and were unwilling to negotiate. Poor experience.

Ten years ago I had Grech Air Conditioning repair an old Lenox Unit. Much investigation by the competent Technician resulted in excellent results. Recently I had another problem with the unit. Again very professional, efficient service from Grech returned the unit to perfect operation.

Searched for a local heating firm to have my heating unit looked at and the 1st company i got was Grech.The technician came out that same day and was able to isolate and repair the problem immediately.Very courteous ,friendly and professional.I subsequently sought information on a cooling unit in preparation for the upcoming summer and i received great advice,he thoroughly explained to me the differences between all the different types of units and i was so impressed that i instantly ordered the appropriate system for my home.I'm truly looking forward to having it installed.I won't hesitate to recommend Grech to my family and friends.Keep up the good work .

Called these guys at 7am after a night with no heater and they had someone here just after lunch same day, heater fixed and no problems. Would use these guys again and definitely recommend

Can't tell you how bad my experience has been with these people. I took the day off in order to be there when they came to repair my unit and they *never even showed up*! I called them the next day, pretty unhappy, and the guy said he'd look into it and call me back. He never did. I made the mistake of rebooking with the same company because they have two numbers, and got another run-around . The unit is still not repaired and I've wasted my money on the callout. Do not go near these clowns.

Had a grim incident with the owner of this business, who proved to not only to have zero social warmpth, but also proved unintelligent and rude. I hardly ever experience bad vibes when I interact with people, but this owner is deliberate in his objectives of ensuring you have a bad day.

Please don't support people like this.

Called these guys at short notice and they came out pretty quick and diagnosed that my unit was noising and needed a new fan & adjustment (already knew that). I was told that my heating unit was serviced and cleaned. Job Done.

2 months later I sent my electrician up in the roof to add some speaker wires and add some lights, he then took a few photos of the roof space to reveal that 4 of my Heating/Cooling ducts have been disconnected and all my heat was being blown into the roof space. (here i am wandering why the house was so cold). As a goodwill gesture my electrician taped up there F*ck up and heat was blowing great!.

Best part is the lovely receptionist Christine, no customer service whatsoever, and so rude. I'm still waiting for my call back Christine?

I have shared my experience with my neighbours and friends to never use these guys who also live local to these guys.

Can you give a company no stars?? The worst company I have ever dealt with!! Christina is one of the most rude people I have ever dealt with both personally and professionally! No communication skills and utterly rude! I am not sure how the get any customers with the way she spoke to me

The guys who did the job were great but the accounts (Christina) sent the wrong invoices when asking for payment and was very rude when we pointed out that our final payment was late because of their mistake. We run a business and would certainly never be so rude if we made a mistake attaching the wrong invoice to an email to a customer. I'm not surprised there are other negative reviews and would strongly recommend to friends they don't use this company.
