Recently used SP shutters for a security door and side grill. Service was great, from the quote right up to installation I was well informed. The quality of the door is amazing, very secure and exactly what I was after. Thanks Norm, Nik and the rest of the team at SP Shutters!

I used SP shutters for supply and install roller shutters in my alfresco. The service provided wasn’t the greatest as I had to chase my several times before it could be installed
After service is all about charging the customer. Not professional at all, Will not recommend.

I had a very frustrating experience with SP Shutters Doors and Blinds. After quoting reasonably quickly they said they had to come back to re-measure and then ask for an extra 250 for a door jamb. I should have walked away then but was already out of state. For the next few weeks I tried to get feedback as to progress of the order, the install date, etc but all communication was ignored. Once install was underway it took three separate attempts for Nik to install due to various issues of production of doors. Left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing in this business - if you want a competent job with good customer experience give them a wide berth.

SP have been great for customer service from start to finish. My experience was very good. Staff were polite, and professional, from sales to measuring, then installation. They rechecked everything with me and were very fussy doing the installation to make sure I was happy. I had follow up emails. Receipt emails. I never had to do the follow ups. Quality of door was exactly as hoped. The triple locking system makes me feel really secure and love that I can see out but nobody can see in. Thanks SP.

I had two windows shutters installed with Security Plus. I could not contact the salesman again after I put down the deposit, but I managed to sort out the appointments by calling the office. H. the installer and his partner were very good with the installation. They had good skills and they made sure everything was perfect. The price was quite good too. There were some mix up with the billing and they didn't take the money at the start but that eventually get sorted out by calling the office again. So the company is not perfect, but I will use them again if I need to install more window shutters in the future, especially if I can get the same installer to do the job again :-).

Very disappointed with the service and when I complained was treated very rudely by Lauren from customer service. We had 3 roller shutters installed - this took the technician from 1:30 - until I asked him to stop at 7:15 bc my husband was away and I felt uneasy having the front door open and someone working in my bedroom even though he seemed like a lovely person. He offered to return the next evening at 4:30 pm so I rushed home from work for another 2 hrs until completion. I did not complain about this because I felt sorry for him as he had alot of trouble installing them and he was a nice man. However after a couple of days we realised they didn't close properly so we called and the next day we went away on our holiday. We did receive a call from security plus but we were away. We returned late last night and called this morning. My husband was told the 17th October someone would come to inspect. I then called back bc I felt that that was a long time to wait and I want the blinds I have waited a long time for to function properly. I am writing this review bc of the customer service I received from Laura and would be more than happy to speak to someone higher up about it. I made it clear that this was not Laura's fault but that I wanted it fixed however when she stated that she was giving it asap ( over one week away) I said she was not to which she accused me of calling her a liar ( of which I never did and never would) I simply cannot believe this came from customer service. There was more but this review is far too long as it. I look forward to speaking to someone about this situation.

SOOOOOOOO SLOW. Been three months now to install a fly screen door and still no answer when it will happen. God forbid when I will ever see the shutters I ordered at the same time. Think it is refund time.

Stay away from these guys at all cost
Paid for the deposit on the 16/1/17 told 2 by the lady at the shopping centre that made the sale then get told on 16/1 it's 3 to 4 weeks then I email there office I get a text back pretty mush saying they are busy it is what it is and pretty much nothing I can do after drama after drama I was reading the reviews and found a direct number to Kathy which was very helpful and sorted it out but still waited till 20/3 to have it fitted. I see whole houses get built quicker then what it took for a door. Mind you could have got it cheaper somewhere else. Lesson learnt. Good luck with your business hope you guys pick up your game and get the job done quicker

Terrible service. From the start we were promised a product that was not what we asked for. When they finally came to install them one of the doors was damaged and the installer would have left it that way. When my wife complained he was rude to her and took the doors back to be changed at which point they put us to the back of the queue. My wife texted Kiki with a complaint and got no response and when I talked to her she couldn't care less. Each department you talk to gives you a different answer. Very unprofessional.
