Rooms were excellent, nice and big. Staff friendly and on site restaurant is a++. Close to all major transport.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Amazing, attentive service. I stayed at the hotel for my birthday (my partner must have told the hotel). The staff really made it a special experience for me. When we got back to our room after dinner there was a complimentary champagne and cheese board with a lovely card. The room was spacious, tidy and modern. We will definitely stay here again!

Location is great. Room was clean, spacious and complete. Beds were wrong (Twin instead of Queen), we asked to replace the beds, they promised they will do it in the morning, the staff in the morning said they have no record of such promise.

First of all, there are 2 Mantra's on Little bourke. I stayed the one that's new. Room was very good. It had kitchenette, lounge and separate bedroom. Bed was really comfortable with 1000 TC bed sheets and bed cover. Amazing feather pillows.
Downside was my room was opposite to an office, less privacy. Internet was really awful. They only gave me 1 GB per day. But the speed was horrendous. Over priced morning buffet (It came with my booking but original price was $28 or something.)

Great location in the city, good customer service by the staff and they are ever so helpful as I was Travelling with 2 young boys. Centrally located that you can easily get to a tram stop or just walk to the Victoria market, crown casino or Melbourne central. Highly recommend any Mantra chain of hotels.

The best place to stay in Melbourne. Great service, excellent location. Near the shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well appointed rooms. Very quiet at night. Spacious rooms with a buffet breakfast.

    Definitely spacious! Staff were friendly.
Room was clean. Bathroom could use a larger shower considering how big the bathroom actually was, the shower was right next to the toilet meaning the shower door only opened about half way.

Terrible service on arrival. The girl blatantly flirted with my husband & didn't acknowledge my presence, to the outraged looks of her colleagues. Service generally was lacking. Bathrooms are tiny. Average size person cannot get through half size bathroom door without difficulty. Beds are harder than a rock & "Queen" means two singles pushed together. Pathetic given the rates here compared with other hotels I've stayed in for better quality! Sheeting is coarse & uncomfortable. Cleanliness needs improving. Found lots of hair in bathroom on arrival. Finally, don't offer free wifi. In this day, thats not acceptable. Hedge your bets with another hotel.

Here for the second time on a business trip. The staff front desk staff are excellent and very helpful. Great location and huge rooms. The two issues I have with this hotel is with the beds. 2 twin beds pushed together are not cool. Also, the sheets don't even fit them so, I can see the old ripped mattresses underneath. Suspect hairs in beds and on towels are an absolute crime! Also, the TV remote is filthy (in 2 out of 3 rooms I stayed in). My complaint about the hair was handled so well, and I would not post this review in those circumstances, however, even my new room had a 'wiped down with cold water and nothing else" feel to it. Not good enough for a premier executive room in a 'luxury' hotel but fairly reminiscent of most mantra hotels lately.
