Great location just up from Spencer Street Station so very convinient for the Skybus from the airport. Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff were fantastic. Free fruit, tea and coffee and lollies in the lounge made for a quick snack before we grabbed our bags to go.

Comfortable stay in petit queen. Breakfast can be taken at coffee space at reasonable price. Close to Southern Cross station so convenient for those who arrive at the bus stop late in the night.

I stayed for a week in Aug and it was just wonderful! Friendly staff, great decoration. Moreover hotel was equipped with free coffee machine, free Sweet Pastel nearby, various tea bags, and a bowl of apples!
In the bathroom you find 4 type of container: shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, body lotion! The room was very convenient, with microwave and boiler. Cooked breakfast was superb (19 $ per day).
I also enjoyed free relaxation room with massaging chairs.
Skybus, and free tram zone nearby.

Room was amazing! We stayed in a 1 bedroom spa room. We stayed with a toddler. She was very occupied with the phone & cutlery which we thought was fantastic. We also got a cot for the room. Even more amazing were the staff. They were so friendly, helpful & most importantly for us, they interacted well & seemed genuinely friendly to our little toddler. They gave us tips of where to eat with our little one & didn't make us feel like our toddler was a nuisance as she can be quite loud. In fact, they seem to welcome it & so I highly recommend this hotel for anyone with young children. I also wanted to add that the staff were consistently friendly. It wasn't just one or 2 staff members, it was every single staff member we encountered. Well done alto bourke st for creating a positive working environment amongst your staff as it really shone through

Small room, but nice to have access to free stuff. They have lounge dining area with free coffee etc. There is a small library and a massage room with 2 massage chair also free. The room is ok. Also free wifi. The bathroom is small but functional, the toilet less so to close to the wall. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Got a 2-BR deluxe apartment for two nights to attend the Australian Open. The hotel is OK. The price was very high and the rooms were small. The hotel is dated and worn, but clean enough. Front desk service was friendly and helpful. Given that I only booked one month out for a major event weekend, I was satisfied. But this wouldn't be my first choice next time.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and clean self-serviced rooms. The only minor inconvenience we experienced was that the parking, even though located only a very short walk, was tricky to get to, especially with all the "No right turn between A and B or X and Y" timed signs, but that was more an inner city traffic management and lack of local knowledge issue. Having said that, the hotel is located very conveniently with regards to public transport, with a tram stop right outside the front door, and a major transit centre at the end of the street.
