Dealt with Damon when I first arrived in Australia looking for a rental property around the Kings Cross area. Damon was on time and helpful in finding me a place to live. He's always friendly, well presented and I find him very professional. Cheers mate.

Worse service ever - I was dealing with Damon Bucciarelli, advertised a lease arrived late for the inspection, never answers his phone then just removed the lease! Don't recommend this Real Estate at all - they will just waste your time!

I just want to thank my Agent Damon Bucciarelli. He is an absolute star. I met him at a time where I was exhaustedI had experienced a number of setbacks and had a lot on my plate.
He went out of his way to help me find my ideal home, and really helped ease the pressure. He has always demonstrated patience, professionalism, and kindness.

Have rented through Laing for the past 3 years and have only positive things to say. They are always very attentive and helpful, especially in the last few weeks since I gave notice. Jason has been great in giving me ample notice prior to inspections and has been very accommodating with my cat and helping sort out any issues I've had to make the move and return of the bond as easy a process as it can be.

We dealt with Vicki on an auction campaign as a buyer. She treated us with with the utmost respect and integrity. We were the highest bidder on the day and we bought 2 days later when the vendors accepted our bid and others, that didn't bid, only had bile. Huge respect to her and the agency.

When you cordially ask to see the rooftop described in the advertisement for a rental inspection and the agent answers back you can check the pics online.. wonder why doing inspections then.. Potts point 3/06/2017 (10 am)
