Try to avoid to use their service at all cost. This is a ripe off. Send a guy to come and have a look and charge me for $200. Nothing was done. only took a few photo in order to charge me.

You can get many other plumber outside. Stay away from this company. I I hope google can have a zero star rating. They deserve 0 star.

I have a GIANT sign on my mailbox that says "NO JUNK MAIL", and yet this business decided to waste valuable paper resourced by putting their random flyer in the mailboxes of an apartment complex.

You guys should retrain your employees and deliverers to actually respect people's wishes and not waste MORE paper than you already do.

I would not recommend G F James Plumbing, they are happy to over charge to send a camera down your plumbing to inspect, efficient in charging you for the service and that is where it stops. I have telephoned three times to get a quote and send an email request they promise to get back and they do not. just a waste of time. My recommendation is that there are many other Plumbers who will get the job done don't bother with this mob, they don't returns calls. I have to give one Star to post, in my view they deserve zero.

Called in for some work at my mother's place to attend a toilet blockage . From the minute of booking the job and a lovely young lady at the office assisting the correct job was booked in. To the completion of the works with the site technician was such a breeze. I am very impressed by their overall service and quality of work. Will be our go to local plumber from now on.

I asked their technician camera check my blocked drainpipe, they just used the machine take two photos and charge me $420. The pipe still blocked. Then I asked another company called Service Today Plumber, the technician not only help me clean the pipe and reinspected the pipe only charge me $280. What's difference between them!

Very bad service and dishonest. Biggest disappointment ever. No matter what they say in their ad, it's a trap. Their plumber will promise the world at the beginning and then end up with a disaster. If you don't have too much time to go through all the legal process, stay away from them.
