I contacted Matt from allfish2u a while back chasing some rare rainbowfish. He was very helpful and friendly and got back to me as soon as he had them available. I purchased them online and they packaged them up securely and I had them the next day. All the fish arrived safely, they are very healthy and great specimens. I would highly recommend this fish shop and I'll definitely be buying from them in the future. Thanks Matt

Great aquarium shop. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Always lots of stock at good prices. Tanks are clean and they look after their fish. Love the dsplay tanks. Easy for parking.

So happy with our experience here.
Shannon is amazing.
He is an unbelievable brains trust.
He was so helpful in educating me and helping to prepare for my purchase and the ongoing responsibilities of having an aquarium in my home.
Realistic with what I am to expect and so helpful with anticipating what needs might come up for us and caring/managing our new aquarium.
We went in quite a few times before we made our purchase, and he was patient and attentive each and every time.
I’m so thankful for his kindness and patience with my kids being there also, and he even answered all their endless questions as they where so excited to be bringing an aquarium into our home.
I even called into the shop asking some further questions after our purchase, and Shannon and the other staff continued with supporting us and troubleshooting my concerns and true to form Shannon came through.
He is amazing at what he does there.
Highly recommend the team and the store.

I've bought many fish both in store and online and all are thriving. When it comes to delivery it's very easy, quick and safe for the fish. My last delivery was for 3 female Betta and the three chosen were all varied in colour and stunning. Excellent business!

Awese store with super helpful staff,super fancy bettas,very large range of discus, goldfish,african and american cichilds and a massive range of rainbows there plants are very healthy and are all submerged grown and everything is super healthy

LIES LIES LIES. Went there believing what I saw online only to see a shop of death and disease.This place is the worst of the worst. Tanks so full the fish can hardly move. Tanks so dirty they look like the water hasn't been changed since they opened. Staff are beyond rude. Dead fish in most tanks. The shop smells like something is rotting. Photos online are edited at best or completely fake. This shop relies on people buying online and never stepping foot in the door .
Owners have family members ,friends and fake accounts to fill the review section with false 5 star reviews. Yes Allfish2U we all see right thru that old trick.
This shop should be closed down and the owners charged with neglect.response / report this review -

Ricky and Phil run a great shop with very well cared for fish, marine and freshwater. They are always helpful and willing to share their extensive expertise. Easy to get to opposite Kingswood station, and well worth the visit, even just to feast your eyes on the many wonderful tanks.

Delightful and friendly staff. Terrific selection of plants and a good turnover of stock. New arrivals all the time. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. What they don't know, they'll research rather than guess. Top notch.
