  This was a dreadful post office to begin with, now even worse because they close early. Utterly pathetic.

  I am soooo surprised at the low reviews! These locals must not have visited other post offices before. I live in the St George area and have visited several POs around the area. Their 'service' there is soso bad that I actually wait to bring my mail over to Maroubra when I visit my parents just so I can avoid seeing my local posties. The Maroubra staff here are so lovely and I have never had an issue with them in the 30 years that I have been here. Keep up the good work! :)

  Even if i am at home. I had to walk at collection point. What a excellent service.

  I would give zero stars to be honest. Never ever receive delivery cards and i am home all day and get alerts saying my post is being delivered today and then get an alert saying its in store for pick up. No one buzzed apartment buzzer and never leave cards. Horrible

  I have ordered a phone from China on 3/01/17, on 11/01/17 it was already in Australia. Today is 24/01/17. And just today I received a reminder that I have to pick up the phone from the post office in maroubra. Turned out that the phone was in the post office since 16/01/17 and they didn't even delivered it to me they didn't even notify me that the phone has arrived! I'm a post office member and I'm wondering why I am a member? I should get emails or SMS which notify me if I have any parcels to collect. Such a bad service guys, seriously! My phone was in the post office for bloody 9 days! How ridiculous is that?! I'm done

  Every time I visit Maroubra post shop is always a pleasure due to an amazing customer service. The staff are wonderful especially Sofi who is always willing to help customers with a smile. A huge thanks to Sofi who is a true asset to the company
