Super service! We have used Airpark Sydney twice and both times it has been easy and reliable, no dramas or stress getting to the airport and a million times cheaper then airport parking :)

Have used Sydney AirPark twice so far and both times they have been great - easy drop-off & pick-up, and a free shuttle ride. This is an easy way to save a decent amount of money on parking (vs. parking at the airport).

Best price we found in Sydney. They offer a free shuttle and even had a baby seat to accommodate our bub. Very easy and hassle free. Would recommend.

Have used parking and find even though it doesn't look posh and flashy like some, the service, price and location are top notch. I have just booked in again for Bali and will book again for our Phuket trip in September. So easy to book online and get confirmation within 24 hours. Sooner if telephoning premises.
John is very prompt in taking to airport, either terminal, so what more can you ask.
He looked after my little red noddy (Toyota Corolla) very well.

Not happy with service. Paid to park undercover & when we picked up the car it was dirty and had fallout dust from being next to the train line. You could see it rained because of the drip marks. When we arrived at the airport we waited an hour as there were many other people that were using this place and they only had a 7 seater van running. Supposedly there was an 11 seater also but we never saw that. We will pay the extra at Blu Emu next time. At least there will be no wait and I know what I'm paying for.

Be wary of the charging as was quoted one price with a note that a longer car would cost more. So we told them that we had a Pajero and we're quoted $120 only to be charged $140 on pick up. If we had been told that the total quote was $140 this would have given us other parking options to consider. Was not happy complained but to no result the price stands based on the length of the car.
The drop-off and pick up was prompt and the owner/ managers were polite and friendly.
It was frustrating that the quote was somewhat very deceiving which could have been dealt with more honestly.

I've used the services of Sydney Air Park a couple of times now and am totally impressed! The service is friendly, prompt and personal. I would recommend Sydney Air Park to anyone who wants a safe and reliable business for long term, or short term parking with ease.

My vehicle was in the car park for 2 weeks, arrived home to find scratching and a crease on the rear bumper. I then contacted John who said he would roll back the CCTV.

2 and a half weeks later, I received a denial that this damage occurred in the car park and a suggestion that I should "have a look" at the terms and conditions, which of course say 'no responsibility accepted for loss or damage to vehicles or contents'.

Unfortunate that a car park with 31 years in the game can't be trusted to park cars without damaging them, and most of all make things right when accidents happen.
