There isn't an aquarium around that provide the expert service and friendliness. They have helped me understand this hobby to a whole new level. I have two thriving tanks thanks to majestic and I'm confident I'll be returning for years to come.

Awesome range of saltwater fish and tanks. One of the best when it comes to saltwater in Sydney. If you are after a saltwater setup, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Freshwater range is pretty good as well. Prices are competitive given the high level of service. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. There is also a shark tank display with 4 sharks.

This shop really focuses on their marines imo. The Freshwater fish section in comparison to the marines is a lot smaller and all the tanks are small and don't look clean. So if it's marines your after it doesn't seem bad. But for freshwater fish and plants it wasn't the best.

Response to comment: That's fine but the review was taken at the time and by saying what you said it just further validates how accurate my review was.
Also typing "LOL" isnt very professional. Would I suggest saying something simple like " Our freshwater fish and plants selection has improved come check it out". Also im using the Google Review system so other people can see my opinion and because it lets you know what i think needs to change. If i sent a private email what are the chances you would "brush it off" because theres no pressure to change without the public watching.

Ordered a few parts for my canister filter..took a little while to arrivea little over 2 weeks however no-one let me know there was a hold up with the supplier and after 2 weeks of waiting i sent an angry messagemoral is "its easier to be angry than happy, feels easier to blame in today's world" in hindsight parts done the jobAnd they were posted free of chargeprobably wasnt worth the effort in terms of profitbut appreciate the help.Fish are really happy

Great shark display tank!! However, when I was there none of the staff member asked me whether I need any help. Not enough cichlids selections. The tanks were dirty. This place is more specialised in marine rather than fresh water.

UPDATE: Recently purchased from Majestic Aquariums online and the experience was top shelf!! Staff had to order in a light for me, they called me when the light came in from their supplier and called me again to let me know it had been sent out & provided tracking number. Package arrived via courier the next day, well packed, everything there, VERY HAPPY :) .

I have been down to Majestic Aquariums twice and the experience was excellent on both occasions. They had a nice variety of healthy marine fish, some of the most impressive corals I have seen for sale, everything seemed very reasonably priced and the staff members I spoke with were friendly & attentive. What more could you ask for?

I'll definitely go back next time I'm down in the shire.

Had trouble with my Aqua Nova 1200 Filter leaking thru the cut off valve. Was told that they had too much trouble with Aqua Nova and had not sold them for 7 years. I advised them that I purchased two of the 1200 filters in mid 2014 off them which by my addition is not even 3 years.

Majestic said he would not argue and was very patriotic.

You pay for their experience when you purchase off them and this time I disappointed in there attitude.

Over the past few months I have been dealing with these guys on my next tank purchase, and they have been nothing but absolutely helpful. Upfront with costs and not too pushy! Their prices are great and will help you out when it comes to price matching providing it's reasonable; of course. I recommend this store and their YouTube channel!

Only been into the shop once as I very rarely go to Sydney but the service was excellent. I have bought many items over the years online though Majestic Aquariums. Follow up service was excellent and Paul goes out of his way to sort out any problems if they arise. Paul will even do his best to source uncommon livestock for you.
