Would give 10 stars if google allowed. The guys here provided exceptional service. I was in and out within the same day. They provided the best mechanical advice and fair pricing on all repairs. Alex is very knowledgeable and efficient despite being short on staff and very busy, he still provided the best service to all his customers. I saw every customer leave with a positive and big smile on their face. Would recommend looking for Alex whenever you visit the mycar store in Coburg. Would be taking all my business here from now.

The whole process was impressive: quick and easy phone service, no delays in getting me in to replace my battery and once I arrived it was done then and there EXTREMELY EASY! Alister had great customer service and facilitated this whole process with great COVID precaution. Good price too, thanks guys!

Just had my car serviced here for the first time. Alister was extremely informative and helpful and attentive to my needs. He rang me and gave me some good advice on costs and what was needed. I will definitely be returning for the next service.

Made the booking over the phone yesterday for today; great to get in so quickly.
Customer service was fantastic.
New tyres, repair and alignment for a very responsible price for a 4X4.
And the time estimate they gave me (1.5hrs) was spot on.

Went in for a wheel alignment and there was another issue causing the problem. Fair enough, but they wanted to do unnecessary work to fix the issue. Two other mechanics (including a suspension specialist, which is where the issue is) said that what Kmart wanted to replace was was NOT the issue, so I would have paid for work that was unnecessary and still not have solved my issue. Other mechanics said they were guessing rather than investigating properly. Two stars instead of one because they didn't charge me for the wheel alignment booking or their time to test drive the car.
Might be fine for tyres, batteries, and maybe a general service but maybe not anything requiring special attention.response / report this review -

Many positive experiences with these guys. I've bought tyres, had servicing done, tyre repairs, and loads of small jobs that other shops wouldn't bother with. Always professional, fair, well priced, and I've never once felt ripped off or lied to. Don't know why people expect bargain basement internet shop tyre prices from actual tyre shops. Its not possible to operate a physical business with that pricing model. You're paying for service and skills, and these guys have always delivered for me.

Mena and his team always seem to be very busy which is a good sign. Gave me a great deal on new tyres. Then when I sold my car, the RWC was no hassle. He even fixed my wiper blades rather than making me buy new ones. Seems like a place you can trust. Thanks again.

Took my car there because it was shuddering when accelerating.
Was told that this was due to failed ignition coils - $390 for parts and $65 for labour. The "labour" can quite literally be done by a 6 year old in under 5 minutes (just unscrew the bolt, plug in the coil and screw the bolt back) so I purchased the ignition coils and did it myself.
This did not solve the problem even though they "tested it" and diagnosed this as the problem. $390 wasted on useless ignition coils.
To the younger italian/middle eastern fellow who did the diagnostic - it was the CV shaft that had worn out. Need more practice bud!
