I had a traction control light up on my territory dash and couldn't diagnose or clear the warning with my odb2 scan tool so rang Ultratune and was pleasantly surprised they said bring it down analysed and fixed the issue same day as I waited, Jim is on top of his game as a mechanic and I could not believe that the issue was a blown stop light, I can't believe that due to a faulty brake light I may not have had traction control and probably no abs working as a result of the warning light on the dash and I do know that the cruise control was not working during the time while the warning light was on the dash and what's annoying is that the obd2 scanner didn't see it as a fault, so I am very greatful to Jim at Taylors lakes Ultratune and will be going to them from now on for all our mechanical needs

Don't boder even going if you have European car, thay will tell you to go somewhere else.I have Volkswagen Jetta and whent there cos there was some noise coming from where is the water pump, so I wanted them to check what is it exactly and to fixed but no, they said to me go to Volkswagen! It looms like all they know is how to change oil and filter on car ans preferably Toyota, Holden and Ford jo European cars cos they are too complicated for them!

I used to live in the area & had my small car serviced by Ultra Tune Watergardens for 7+ years. I moved away & after trying 2 other mechanics, I now drive out of my way to get my car serviced by UltraTune Watergardens. The Manager, Jim, has always been friendly & honest with me. When I call to make a booking, they give me price based on the kms done & always ring me during a service if they find something wrong before proceeding to fix it, to ensure I can afford it. My car is up to 260kms, so this team is doing something right. Thanks UT Watergardens.

Got a service done on my Jeep (please No jokes I know I know its a JEEEEEP) but the point being.. we had a service done her and two days later had to take it to another provider as the service was CRAP The next provider proceeded to tell me that not much had been done at all to my car and that the Computer read that there was an issue with the crank angle sensor IF Ultra Tune had of plugged it in to a computer THEY would have known this. Broken down middle of night with two children in the car 1.5hrs out of Wangaratta. THANKS ultraTUNE. you guys rock!! ..
