Heart palpitations- followed by awe.
Heart palpitations- because a bunch of orchids and a gift bag with candle: worth in excess of $400 were left on my doorstep for Kate Hill flowers for possibly hours. (Despite this being against policy listed)
Now to the positive!
I was blown away by this surprise birthday delivery.

The 4? Stems of orchid, the wrapping, the candle, even the card, stunning quality. I work for multiple family’s and often order flowers on behalf of them, and I now have a new florist to order from. Stunning work, but the delivery .. thank god no one stole from my unsecured block of flats.

I received the most stunning bouquet of flowers and 10 days later they were still beautiful and stunning. The roses were full blown by then, the stock still beautiful and fragrant and the sweet peas only just starting to loose the lower petals. The most beautiful flowers I have ever received, most beautiful presentation and they lasted the longest time, just on 2 weeks. Highly recommend✨

I placed 2 separate orders with Kate Hill Flowers last week and the service I received was exceptional. Their warm & professional response to my call made the process so much easier. I was kept updated on the status of delivery with follow up calls due to the recipient not being at home to accept delivery on my requested date and I was also notified once delivery had been accepted. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Kate Hill has the most gorgeous flowers!! Not only are they beautifully presented but all the staff are lovely to deal with and extremely professional. Delivery is always on time and is followed up with a courtesy email so that you know they have been delivered. The only florist I would use and recommend!
