This is some of the worst customer service I've had for some time. I received a faulty, glitchy monitor and asked for support on multiple occasions with no help. I had even sent a video on 2 occasions of the glitch and the response was, we never received it. In the end, I sent the monitor back and 2 weeks later, no follow up or compensation.
