We were thrilled with the Extravaganza arrangement on the occasion of our grandchild’s birth. It was delivered to the hospital early so it was in our daughter’s room waiting for her when she came back to the ward. She and our son-in-law were delighted! I have been a regular customer of Kellee flowers since 2014***. To say that their customer service is outstanding is an understatement. Both Kellee and John go above and beyond for their customers in terms of explaining the options, what’s in season, what will look good and what won’t, delivery (they will do everything to get the bouquet on the same day), presentation and arrangements is on point every single time and their friendliness and professionalism is exceptional. I’m so glad these guys are still standing strong despite the challenges in these difficult times.

Teresa was extremely helpful and accomodating with a last minute order. I mistakenly called Kellee on a public holiday but she warmly took my call from her home with such a gracious attitude. She took the time to answer all my questions and to explain the various options within my budget constraints. The flowers were delivered on the day as promised and looked spectacular! Such value for money, prepared and delivered with such professional excellence. Kellee Flowers are just the best. We first used Kellee Flowers for our daughters wedding 2 years ago. They were absolutely magnificent the bouquets were exactly what our daughter asked for and the table arrangements were absolutely beautiful. Kellee was so easy to work with and on the day set up the venue and delivered bouquets. We used Kellee this month the flowers were beautiful once again . Well done Kellee Flowers once again. Superb! Beautiful orchids (huge and great quality) that arrived within hours of ordering. Whenever we purchase flowers we always go directly to a local florist nearby the recipient . Kellee Flowers will definitely be our first choice for ordering flowers again and would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Kellee flowers has been an absolute delight! I contacted Kellee 3 weeks before my wedding for bridal & chapel flowers with very specific requests, she responded same day with all details, demonstrating her efficiency and proficiency. We've just had our wedding last weekend, her flowers has been a star! It made such a difference to the chapel, and the bridal bouquets were divine! Being so creative, she even made the beautiful pew flowers convertible to reception flowers, what a genius she is! And after all, she is very fair with price, I couldn't have found a better florist than Kellee Flowers without breaking the bank! Thank you so much Kellee! You've made our wedding day a most beautiful memory!

I live in the US and ordered flowers yesterday for my boyfriend, who is home in Melbourne for the next week as his father just passed away. I of course didn't know of any florists in Melbourne, but of all the options that came up from a Google search, the pictures on your website and Facebook page looked the prettiest, so I picked yours. After they arrived (within just a few hours!), he sent me a photo, and they are absolutely beautiful and look so similar to the photo online. I especially love the white netting around the vase - so pretty and a very nice touch. Thank you - I really appreciate the quality and stylish design, and I think they'll bring some beauty and cheer in the coming days.
