COVID-19 and I didn't have a printer at home. I just wanted 1 page printed for a document that the post office had to verify. They said go to Officeworks and come back. No need to disclose where they learned their hospitality from as it doesn't exist.

Literally the worst service and post office I have ever been to. Dealt with Weila who didn't put the bubble wrap through and didn't package my parcel properly. When I asked if the registered express delivery included insurance for loss or damage, it took 8 minutes and repeated questioning to ascertain that it does not.

One of the best small post offices around. Staff always happy and helpful, and shortest line to wait in, compared to any other post office nearby. My absolute favourite post office.
