Ordinary. Sold me wrong part despite part showing to be different to Catalog, but they sold it to me anyway. Then I had to drive all way back next day to get a refundgetting a refund was an unusual process.
Then I was promised I would get a call next day from their rep to organise ordering correct part, but never called.

Got from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast QLD in under 20 hours (from when I ordered at Lunch Tuesday, on my doorstep Wednesday at 8am.)

After a huge walking effort to get there I felt that I was rushed out of the store due to their method of sales. So I got what I wanted, but couldn't look at anything else as I was walked to the payment lady to pay for my goods.

This experience is why there is only the one Radio Parts today
