I needed a battery replacement for an older Vivo Y69 (2017) so understandable they no longer have batteries on stock but once you bring yours (I ordered the battery overseas), they are happy to do the service for you for standard $49 in 45mins.
Friendly staff, great expertise, no scratches, and my phone is good as new for the next 2 years again. It would really just depend on the battery I bought but the service of FixAPhone is excellent.response / report this review -

The staff are super friendly and helpful and willing to go out of their way to help with any phone issues you may have. I called in with a broken charger cable a while ago and they replaced it straight away and it's now charging better than it did with the old one before it was broken. I called in today for some advice and he was happy to give it and help me with some general phone problems I'd been having while I was there. I highly recommend them!

Super friendly and fast service at prices that will genuinely shock (as in: they're far lower than you'd expect). Can't recommend them highly enough.
Went in to buy a screen protector for my S20 expecting to pay $39 - $49 as per typical JB Hi Fi prices and then have to install it myself nope - $24.95 and it was fitted for me in no time.

This is the place to take your phone etc to get fixed. The owner is lovely and genuine. You get a text quickly to let you know that your phone is ready for pick up, I have been in a few times and haven't been charged when needed to get my Apple Watch synced properly. Prices are very reasonable.

After my kids accidently locked me out of my own phone - these guys got me back in on a day I really needed my phone. Amazingly helpful, super friendly, problem solvers AND they saved all of my data! Forever grateful. Highly recommend.

The man who runs this shop is a true professional who consistently over-delivers. He has been fast, response and gone the extra mile to help me out. I was given a spare phone and lots of extra support. His work has always been excellent. I even use his phone cover because it's rare that a business truly cares about their customers as much as these guys.

Jerry is a very clever electronics wizz.
He helped me out of a jam by recovering all of my contact on my iPhone. Jerry was recommended to me by a fiend who said he is extremely knowledgable and friendly.
