We stayed overnight as we had an early flight the next day. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. The staff were friendly, helpful and incredibly welcoming. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and not.only was my son's meal free, his demands ( those of a 5 year-old for apple juice in the green cup) were met without any issues.

Nice and close to the airport. Room was good and Thomas on front desk was great. Had to wait in the rain for the shuttle for about 20mins

Rooms are decent size and clean. Bathroom on the smaller side. Walking distance from the airport or pickup by free hotel shuttle. McDonald's across the street for late night or early morning breakfast. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and of a reasonable size. Bathroom left a bit to be desired a bit dated and shower over bath. Breakfast was the best excellent selection of food and coffee. 11 am check out was really helpful for us and the complimentary shuttle an excellent service.

Convenient & comfortable albeit tired looking accommodation for sleeping in between flights. Breakfast very good selection. My main complaints are you have to pay $4 a bottle for water so best to take your own & also they don't help at all with bags. As a 62 year old solo traveller with 2 suitcases plus a cabin bag some assistance would have been appreciated. I would have liked to give 3.5 stars but as no option for this I gave 3.

It's convenient to the airport Walk-able if you are travelling fairly light. I found noise to be a bit of an issue but that was because of roadworks out front. Staff are A-GRADE excellent.

This hotel provides impeccable customer service and the quality of the rooms are excellent. The hotel is situated well for those walking from the airport terminals but also provided is a free shuttle bus for those wanting the lift too. The bar and restaurant are modern and stylish for those who wine and dine, the menu is reasonably valued considering their target market.

Clean and reasonably priced rooms. Located directly next to the airport. Very convenient for travelers who don't want to spend time traveling to the airport before their flight.

Did not get chance to get IN but went to pick one of my friend who made stay there great hospitality reception representative guided me fully from where to park the car in busy traffice of Melbourne airport to how to get reach to main lobby at meeting point. Nice and tidy place

Fairly basic hotel. Stayed here as arrived into the airport late and price was reasonable. Breakfast is extra and rooms are pretty no frills but clean and comfortable.
