Please be aware, that there is no view below the 17th floor, other than a brick wall. I discovered this the day before my arrival and had to pay extra for a view. Had I known this at the time, I would have stayed somewhere else. Other than that, the room on the 21st floor was great!

Would definitely come back here. Nice sized room. I saw that a lot of pilots stay here which is a good sign in terms of value.

A good hotel in the middle of the CBd of Melbourne. Close to a lot of amenities in the city.

Comfortable accommodation and handy location for a short stay in Melbourne. The one bedroom studio was spacious enough for two people. Everything was clean and in good condition. Liked the toiletries provided, had the same type at a place we stayed at in Paris. My only complaint was the shower head which is the same water saver head used in remote camp facilities across the country

Tried to charge us more when we checked in and tried it on again twice when we checked out as 1 lady checked out earlier and the rest of us 30 minutes later - most unpleasant how they dealt with us - we said we would go elsewhere and I checked Trivago while we were standing there and saw Citadines had a 10% discount for cold season and 40% discount if we had booked online (we booked by phone). We asked if we had been given the 10% winter discount - we still don't know - couldn't get an answer. We showed our receipt that confirmed the 5 night pricing and the 3 staff still went on about us paying extra but could not explain to us why.
While all this was going on for about 20 minutes another business man came to check in and he was told how much he owed and he said that was more than he was quoted..he said when he went to the counter he was running late - the staff person said he had to pay what he was saying the man owed and if he found paperwork proof of the lesser amount he would credit that amount back to the mans account. Needless to say that man was furious too.
Is it Citadines policy to overcharge everyone hoping they don't know or remember or have proof?
In addition the beds in our 2 rooms (4 nights) were long overdue for replacement. My bed had a large 2 × 2cm ridge on the top right. Very obvious to staff making the bed each day.

Located in central Melbourne with new, clean rooms and comfortable beds. My room on the 8th floor was extremely quiet and I was not disturbed by traffic noise from busy Bourke Street. There are places to shop and eat right outside the hotel so it is very convenient. I would stay here again.

The location is perfect, apartments are clean and spacious with very good beds. Just make sure to ask for a room facing towards Bourne Street Mall - the other option is to face the AusPost building in which it is literally a wall and no sunlight.

Top notch rooms and service set this place apart. With all this place has to offer, the prices are still pretty reasonable. Nice restaurant downstairs too. Melbourne has so much to see and do, this is a fantastic location to start and end your day while you're enjoying this great city.
