It's a big pool in a small park. In the middle of summer it is packed and can be a bit too much but still a good place to cool off. Plenty of bike racks out the front and a few inside by the pool. Newly renovated change facilities for the men and the ladies is currently under reconstruction. A big kids pool too. Lots of lanes available. TBH they could probably drop one or two lanes and open up the aqua play zones a bit.

It's been undergoing renovations recently which has made it a more challenging pool to swim at, especially in the winter (lots of scampering around between change rooms and lockers etc).
Otherwise a well run pool. Haven't been to the gym, but it looks small but adequate.response / report this review -

Spa and sauna area in dire need of an upgrade. Just old, tired and run down. The pool and the friendly staff are the positives. Will definitely not return unless the place is brought into modern times.

The men's showers and change rooms are currently being renovated. The pool is "old" but functional. Staff very friendly.

Friendly staff. 50m swimming pool, kiddy pool. Sauna/steambath/hot tub at extra cost. Gym upstairs but can't comment on that. Showers/change room being upgraded. If they start looking like the entrance hall quality will be good.

Like others mentioned: the old fashioned looks and community feeling are charming. Con: Closes at 6 on weekends.

This is a great pool. It is outdoor but heated. It is open all year. It also has saunas, a spa and a good gym. Very community oriented with friendly staff
