I have been seeing Dr Varney for years, even before he moved to this Surgery. I have found that all the doctors at the medical centre are fantastic, however the medical receptionists have serious attitude problems - especially Monica. If you can handle their attitude then you should be OK. They seem to either have a chip on their shoulder about something or are ridiculously rude and condescending. I have often sat in the waiting room and heard them complain about patients after getting off the phone from them. But, as I said the doctors are fantastic. I just mention to my Doctor if I have an issue with the receptionist.

called through today to see if i could get an appointment for tonight and was told no can't help you (wasn't sure if i'd been there before), maybe tomorrow what kind of surgery is that? and then i was hung up on niceeee Diane you SUCK
