A good place for sporting activities. My son went for swimming and he was very happy. The pools is good. Has jacuzzi, steam bath sauna, waves, recreation pools for kids. Usually crowded. The most uncomfortable part I faced is when I entered the Men change room, most of them will be walking absolutely nude. Quite embarrassing for the small kids.

Friendly staff, plenty to keep the kids busy while you do a few lengths of the pool. As the name suggests it has a wave pool which the kids love. Has both a sauna and a steam room so you have an option to use for recovery sessions and detox time too.

Last time I visited this place, I have been told to keep my kids in arm reach distance when the waves come. If I can't go into the waves pool, my kids under 10 are not allowed to be in there. When we moved to the smaller and shallower recreational pool next to it, I have been asked keeping my eyes on them constantly, because this is their 'rule'.

Thus I recommended NOT to go there with your kids if you want to do some laps at the same time. Clearly their management are overwhelmed by the duty of 'watching the kids in the pool' and pushed it to every parent. Unless they can reduce the entry fee by half because they don't need that many lifeguards any more. What a brilliant idea.

Childrens swimming lessons--- great that the kids can use the pool at anytime but no worth the lessons most of the teachers we have had are more interested in what is going on around them.. turn up eating or 5 mins late not great when it's a 30min lesson.. will use the facilities but as causal!

Great facility that combines a 50m indoor pool, kids wave pool and gym room under a single roof. Casual prices for a workout and swim are on the high side (20 bucks), but I'm told this is the norm these days. It offers a bunch of classes like spin and other jump around on the spot cardio group sessions

It has a nice gym but hate the smell of chlorine from its pool. After workout, going out through the pool side, I would just hold my breath. Other than that, it's all ok.
