  A $4 fee charged per week to suspend my membership.. I've injured myself using your equipment so why should I have to pay this fee? Look elsewhere.

  Came to Melbourne for a 5 week internship, this club merely offers a minimum of 3 months with no exceptions.

  I've recently joined and attended a few of the classes. I like the variety and frequency of classes. Facilities are great and I find the staff warm and helpful. Finding the right lift to get to their floor was a challenge on my first visit.

  I was walking down the street when I was offered a free day pass so I took it and they asked for my number so I obliged. I was called the next day and Claudette asked when I was coming in when I said I'm not sure yet we got mad and said well it doesn't sound like Tor serious about this are you serious about this? Can't you come tonight at 7 and when I said uh ok I guess I could come tonight she immediately said well are you interested in a membership? She was Pushy and rude so I decided to get a membership elsewhere.

  Really disappointed un-friendly staff. Keep chitchat with somebody . Ask customer to wait there more than 25 mins. Another guest buying drink will let them pay immediately. Wth services

  I always have brilliant experiences with Fitness First and it's my fourth year as a member. I usually go to another one which is located in QV, but in this one, please educate some customers that when you finish using the equipments then put them back! ! !

  Don't get tricked - avoid this company folks! Was a canadian exchange student & had a Staff member basically lie to me saying that I could cancel at any time, and there were not going to be any fees/penalties. When leaving AUS (beautiful country) these guys charged me $150 when I wanted to cancel. Felt totally ripped off and ashamed that a company can actually do this to people. Don't get tricked, don't ever sign anything at this place, this place is a scam, find a mom & pop gym to join! I can't rate zero stars so I gave it a 1
