Terrible service. I waited 1.5 hours to hire a ute for an hour. One boy at the door was polite but everyone else I encountered was dismissive and unhelpful. Been to other Bunnings where the service is fantastic. I would not visit this one again.

We have been shopping at this store for over 5 years. The service is always slow and staff are not that helpful or can't be bothered, if you can find a staff member that is. Dissapointed every time we go. My Advice - know what you need before you go in. Purchase and get out. Otherwise you'll get frustrated with the lack of customer service.

Back when they had their main competitor the staff was friendlier, they had a smile on their face when spoken to, greeted when bumped n into, and even would give advice before wven asked. Now it's a different story altogether. You will need to chase the 20mins to find a bloke to ask something let alone expecting a friendly response. Clear example of the effect with a monopoly.

Not very impressed. After a long walk to the store to have a key cut the girl at the counter called to get someone to serve me but that person was about to leave for the day and with no one else able to use the machine I was told sorry, we can't help you.! Really.! I've made a lot of large purchases there recently but they have now definitely lost any future business from me.

Went to Bunnings today with my husband. We needed a hand with sheeting as I am pregnant.!
No one come up to my husband to see if he needed a hand. But they are quick to tell you off when you cut a bit of reo and can stand there talking about their weekend instead of helping. Less talking more helping customers. And they're good at asking to check toolboxes when they've watched you the whole time yet let people out with 2 m lengths of timber drive out onto the road with no flags. Will be avoiding this Bunnings.response / report this review -

Staff helpful but long wait to sort out what we needed. Forgot to give us our change but ran it out to us as we were leaving which was very nice.

Every staff member has been very helpful and even saved me money for recommending me the right tools and materials. Garden department is just as great. If staff don't know any answer they find out. They make you want to work there.!
