  DISAPPOINTING SERVICE AND STILL CAN’T COOK IN MY KITCHEN !
  
  Our kitchen was delivered on the 10th May with installation to commence that week. It was arranged to be finished by the end of May which allowed more than enough margin for any errors.
  WELL.... Errors are exactly what this company makes, we are heading into the month of July now & I am STILL without a fully functioning kitchen! This is absolutely disgusting!
  
  You stuffed up my stone top, measured the cupboards incorrectly AND had a gap in one of the cupboards! Sure, you fixed the mistakes but only once you were made aware of them! If you did the tasks properly in the first place I wouldn’t be waiting for a kitchen & cooking outside..
  
  Your sales person promised me that I would have this ready by the time I returned from my honeymoon. (Stupid me shouldn’t have decided to do this while I was away)
  
  According to original plans you should have been finished by the start of June at the latest, but because of your delay with lack of coordination/communication I STILL can’t cook in my kitchen & you only just finished 1 week ago!
  
  But hey, like you said on the phone .. that’s not your problem right!? We apparently "saved money" since your company had to wear the cost of the mistakes that YOU MADE! How is that a saving exactly when you've costed me my time and my money?! But, no that must be my problem too?! Right?
  
  Thank you for telling me that I had saved money cause you can’t read measurements & provide each department with the correct documents/templates. So because of the lack of coordination & experienced project manager , were you planning on sending this bill to me also??
  
  You know what, it should be YOUR PROBLEM!! It was YOUR company that quoted on the work and provided the guiding time lines, YOUR company made promises to have this done by the time we got back and YOUR company that failed!
  
  Having managed builds of new homes/ existing renovations in my career here's a little advice;
  
  1. Be honest and upfront
  
  2. Explain in detail & provide clients with a Project Manager that they would meet at their first sign up so that they take care of everything for them from start to finish
  
  3. DO NOT have all these different people at different stages deal with the client. This is why things go wrong and why you would have so many mistakes.
  
  You know what makes a company so successful - CUSTOMERS! I'd like to see Grandview Kitchens succeed if this is the quality of work & customer service that they provide!
  
  I DO NOT recommend anyone to go with Grandview Kitchens for anything. Just don’t bother, go to another company & save yourself the trouble!

  Very professional and worked around my schedule. Glen was great to deal with. Not the cheapest kitchen manufacturers but probably the best value.

  My husband and I were very happy with Grandview Kitchens, we selected them after seeing some good reviews online and after receiving a good quote from them.
  
  Joseph Bless the kitchen designer was great, we went to him with a proposed layout and he helped us to streamline the kitchen and make it more functional while still keeping it like we wanted.
  
  I would highly recomment Joseph and the team at Grandview to anyone.
