  Good gym for a quiet workout, but young staff who seem uninterested, old equipment and early closing and late opening hours especially weekends and Thursday and Friday nights. Compared to other fitness first really needs an upgrade all round and some cash spent on it

  Always really clean and well looked after, with great facilities. Only thing preventing 5 stars is no 24hr access.

  Really friendly staff and great facilities. I never have to wait to use equipment and it all seems pretty clean and modern. Love the changing rooms. Wish there were more classes and longer opening hours on weekends.

  They refuse to cancel my membership due to moving overseas. Worst part is they don't even respond to my emails or call me back. Don't even deserve 1 star.

  Good facilities and friendly staffs. However opening hours seriously need to be reviewed with increase competition from Anytime Fitness and Pinacle 24/7. I have a 12 month contract and found the opening hour quite restrictive.

  Like most other ordinary Gyms have good facilities. The big negative point is limited running hours!! Thursdays and Fridays closes at 9PM. This is a gym not shopping centre.
