Hi, this is Cindy, owner of Blow Dry Bar Collins Street. First of all, I really thank those lovely clients who left us reviews. Reviews and customer feedback are of the highest importance, they are the best way for us to improve services quality and business's reputation. To be honest, we take a lot of clients every week, we try to look after everyone in detail, and I believe that my team always do their best heartily to make every client feel beautiful and happy. However, we may miss something that could cause client's unsatisfactory, especially in busy times. I apologize to those clients who are not happy with our services, if your complaint comes to me, I definitely would like you to give us a chance to fix your unhappiness.

Hi Lauren, thanks for your review, there are a few situations that you are not in our booking system, one is that client reply our confirmation SMS with "reschedule" and our system remove booking automatically; another one is that client book an appointment with time of they want, but it is in wrong date.

I can’t even give a review on their hair services because their online booking system needs some reviewing. I received a booking confirmation the day before my appointment however, when I attended the Bar they did not have a booking for me! It took about 5 people to deny me my appointment and I swiftly left after feeling extremely rejected.

I don't think I've ever written a review but I am so upset with my results. After waiting almost a week to see if my new "do" would grow on me- it hasn't. I went in for a TRIM and left with a completely different haircut and layers which I definitely DID NOT mention whatsoever. The woman completely dismissed everything I had said she had other plans for my hair. There goes 2 years of growing my hair out.

These guys do an incredibly good job and it always surprises me just how good they are, given they dont charge an obscene amount of money (like the last salon who destroyed my hair and surprise charged me $350)

Great customer service, friendly and accommodating. But blow dry was not as requested and fell out quickly as it was rushed and minimal products used. Expensive for undesirable outcome.

Tried this place when I used to work across the road then changed jobs but kept coming back. Didn't matter which person I got, they are all lovely and talented with scissors. Never had a bad haircut especially fringe which I came in the most for. The service is fantastic, great products. Been coming and recommending here for years and will continue!

I won't be back to this place. I've used Blow Dry Bars in Sydney and they are fantastic. This place isn't. The blow wave was well below average, the girl didn't listen to what I wanted and couldn't even hold the blow dryer proper and kept almost hitting me in the face with the cord! Took an hour for a wash and blow wave that I had to then go home and fix myself. Then she tried to charge me full price for something that was horrible. I won't be back EVER! Don't waste your money here - not worth it!

Poor experime at blow dry bar collins street. Despite the friendly customer service the blow dry was not of a good standard considering the price tag and didn't even last from my walk from the salon to car. Won't be back again - spend your money else where.

Very professional salon. The first time I went there, I didn't like the results which was probably my fault too - I should have used pictures while explaining what I wanted. I went back and the manager and Aiden worked with me to figure out what went wrong and how we can fix the problem. We spent an hour just discussing what I would like and how different colors work on my hair, and the end result is amazing! I finally have the hair I have always wanted without yellow tones! They only charged me for the extra color cream and the blow dry. Thank you, Aiden!

Great salon in the center of Melbourne!!! Girls just saved my hair, after some amateur colored them yellow. Loved it, and will definitely go there again!!!
