  Having come from the UK where medical services are provided by the NHS we found health insurance and how it works very confusing, however Johnny and Deepan were very helpful explaining the benefits and the options to us and how it all works. Thanks to them for all the help and getting our cover sorted!

  Incompetence incarnate. Expect to make a lot of calls and waste a lot of time chasing them up. Won't be using them again.

  I went there prepared for the worst customer service ever based on the past reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful, I think the lovely lady name was Xia, they're. Medibank, I think and I hope you listened to our feedback.

  The most expensive insurance company and when it comes to a claim they give back nothing . And i oay 217 a month for it. The dont cover hospital expenses even Terrible
