Have been here a few times now. They're generally good but I've had a couple of mix-ups with appointments, where I was told to come in for some test results (which incidentally I was not meant to come in for) and was then charged for. I also booked for a specific procedure, explaining to the staff member what the appointment was for during the booking - but was later told the doctor assigned to my appointment did not do said procedure. Very inconvenient!

Been a few times. Doctors are impolite, and wish to only rush you in and out. I had Emily once and she was good, but everyone else I've tried couldn't even give me a minute with them and wanted nothing more than quick, unreliable, and unhelpful service.

I'm not giving any star to this clinic (the 1 star is mandatory for me to post). My husband and son had to wait for over an hour to see a doctor, my son was in pain from the fever and he had no choice but to suffer and sit there for an hour to be seen. Worst thing was all chemists nearby were already closed, my husband had to travel long distance to get the medicine. Not to mention a sick wife in high fever waiting at home to be cared for. Completely unprofessional! This is not the first time for us to have to wait over half an hour, if they're not the nearest clinic we would never have gone to them. Will never go through them again!

Absolutely appalling service!!! I usually go there and get a doctor who bulk bills. However this time i went there and booked my appointment, after seeing the doctor they told me I had to pay the standard rate of $80, so with medicare out of pocket about $50 bucks. When booking in they should have either given me the option of going bulk bill, or state before seeing the doctor that there will be a charge. This fee came out of no where, and not even an apology was given they only wanted the money. Usually never write a review but this business needs a refresh, and needs to learn customer service as there current standard is rubbish. Spending all this money on renovating, how about meeting a customer service level first!!!

Very unprofessional clinicians. It is a processing plant to get patients through the doors. Is not a personalised service. Do not go here!
Untrained in the Australian system. Doctor at this clinic sent my family member to emergency to remove a tumour that was found on her own even though she was complaining of illness and being uncomfortable.. Hospital sent her home and placed her on the list to go through the normal, cancer patient process which was to be told by a trained professional and be treated by an oncologist.
Doctors at this clinic said that ovarian cancer was "an old woman's disease".. She was presenting perfect symptoms to be checked with an ultrasound but they are so unprofessional and untrained, they did not send her for one - probably because of justifying the dollars.
In the end, she was treated for this condition however it is advanced. Even though she was presenting herself to Dr's multiple times in the year, this condition slipped through their fingers.
I will never be back here and have communicated this to all the people I know in the area.

Worst bunch of people I've ever met. Dr Micheal Wong accused me of lying about my condition, which I proved to him with a CT scan, was no lie! Very aggressive and threatening. Deserves to be struck off!
They are always late by at least 20 mins and quite often they lose your booking entirely.response / report this review -

Only 10am and I'm already waiting an hour. I only booked the appt 1 hour before hand, so somehow between the phone call and me arriving they fell behind 100% ?? It's not always like this to be fair.

If you like to waste your time come here. Waited 30 min past my appointment time and I asked them how much longer and they said probably another 20 min. They over book people and expect you to waste your valuable time waiting so they can earn more money.

They have a T.V and we get to change channels :) it's good entertainment for the kids.
