This company is absolutely pathetic, the staff are useless, and the customer service is appalling. I called this company more than a before saying I would be picking up my car an hour later than the original booking time. They said that it would be totally fine and to re confirm in the morning by leaving a message for them with the time I would be picking it up. So in the morning I left a detailed message on what time I was picking up the car. When I arrived the office was closed and they told me that there were no cars in the city, or the following day. Therefore I was left stranded for another day. When I called europcar head office they told me it wasn't their fault. I would never recommend such a terribly run company to anyone. They are completely unreliable and I've never experience such poor service. Go anywhere but Europcar.

Stay away from this place. staff are useless and the staff they do have speak broken english.
My flights were cancelled twice due to bad weather and when i rang to let them know i was going to be a couple of days late, they said it would be fine and would save me a car. When i arrived they had no car for me, even though it was all paid for in advance. Now i have to try and chase up a refund.
I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Give Avis a try, thats where im heading.
No stars for you.

Forced a two day rental on us because they closed early for public holiday. Only had it for 26 hours. Bad company policy!

Friendly and helpful dedicated staff.
Sure, it's small and you might have to wait a bit to pick your car up. But it's a small business and if you're here, you're most likely on holidays.
So: no worries mate!
Oh and the car was great.

10-15 minute walk from marina which is ok if it isn't raining. Service slow and office very small which causes customers to have to stand outside (again if raining an issue).
