I have recently bought my second Dyson bike in six years and after considering all retailers and options for electric bikes would rate these higher than any other available.

They are a quality machine of the highest order with advantages over other e-bikes on the market. Indeed they have features that give them capabilities beyond more expensive brands and a greater level of quality.

The team at Dyson Bikes are as helpful as you could hope for and go above and beyond to make sure your riding experience is reflected in the pride they take in service and the fine machines they produce.

We have just bought our second Dyson Electric bike and we are thrilled with the bikes. We are both in our seventies and our electric bikes allow us to get out and about. We love the exercise and the freedom the bikes give us. A shout out to Brad and the team at Bicycle Centre Bendigo where we purchased both bikes. The service is friendly and helpful.

I love my new Dyson folding 24-inch electric bike! I'm an older, shorter person and I can manage folding and lifting it in and out of my camper. It folds and unfolds in seconds, its super easy to get the hang of and it's got all the grunt needed for challenging dirt tracks or steep road riding. I finally 'get' mountain biking, what a blast. I was unsure about going down to the 24 inch but took Dyson's advice and it's definitely the right size. Pre-and after sales service is terrific and I got the bike within a few days of ordering it. I would advise new customers of being very careful with Dyson Bikes. Today with so much online retail we have become accustomed to good customer service and fair return policies. Dyson Bikes has neither. It is difficult to know 100% what you are purchasing online until you receive it and I would suggest selecting a retailer that has a good returns policy.

Recently I bought a 'Ortlieb Ultimate Six Pro E'. As with any online purchase I read all the detail and tried to check it would fit before purchasing but you can only be 100% certain when you actually mount the product on the bike. The product cost $224.7 and when it came it was obvious the box had been opened a couple times before and there were no seals etc. I attempted to mount the bracket and quickly realised that it was not going to work with my current setup without significant changes. I therefore requested to return the product but was honest in my admission that there were two little scuff marks on the installation wire. These are unfortunately unavoidable when trying to attach to the bike as the screw goes into the plastic around the wire. Dyson Bikes refused the return because it has been opened and used, and therefore they cannot resell it. I offered to replace the wire attachment, which is the only part that had been used and would cost me $20. They still refused the return. Considering the state of the product when I received it and my willingness to replace the impacted part, I find it tough to accept that I should pay $224.7 for something I am never going to use.

I hope other customers do not face a similar experience to me.

We wanted folding electric bikes that would fit inside the boot of our motor home. The Dyson 24” wheel was perfect as the saddle and handle bars could be removed and the pedals fold up. We couldn’t be happier with the bikes. They’re strong and sturdy and perform well through a range of inclines. Easy gear and power operation at the touch of a finger. Can highly recommend!

Pretty much the best thing I've ever purchased. Where we live is fairly hilling and going for a nice bike ride on any normal bike quickly becomes less fun. Since buying my Dyson I'm riding twice as much. Thank you Dysons.

i dont know about the other bikes, but the one i got, was very very well made. if i had resources to build one as a engineer, it would end up like this, aluminium frame, quality third party parts, and Davids focus on quality and service!

We were a two-car family but, after one car died, decided to get an electric bike instead of another car, and both my husband and I now use it to commute to/from the city on different days. It's easy and fun – getting around on my e-bike has become my default mode of transport, even on days when the car is at my disposal.
