  Pedal snapped during the ride and bloke was able to put the new ones on and adjust my shoes all within 15 minutes.

  Called to see when they could fit me in to replace my brakes. I was told they'd call me back. Nearly a week later, no call. Looking at other reviews maybe they only take on work that's going to make them more money? I'll take my business elsewhere. Shame, I was looking to spend my money as locally as I could.

  Purchased a custom Cervelo S5 disc road bike. After 5 months and several thousand kilometres I am extremely happy with the performance and service I received form Jack at Bikes at Brighton.
  I was very surprised how comfortable and quick this bike is.

  Went in to Bikes at Brighton to fix my donated bike in preparation for a long distance charity ride. Considering I had no idea what I was doing, Jack recommended and explained all necessary upgrades and adjustments, and kept everything within my budget. Great customer service, and ripper bloke!
